Any Suggestions?
Lets talk Customer Service. The most difficult conversation for me is the one I have with the customer about what can and can't be done in embroidery. Tiny text, detailed features, photo-realistic elements in tiny logos: I know better, but what is the best way to say "No?" My current tact involves some examples; both good and bad. But that doesn't always work. I hate blank stares from people wondering if I'm jerking them around.
As Customers are our lifeblood, they are our downfall.
